San Francisco, California, June 21, 2016 – Encore Consumer Capital, a private equity firm that invests exclusively in leading consumer products companies, has completed the sale of its portfolio company, Mesa Foods, a leading producer of high quality tortillas, flatbreads and taco shells to Teasdale Foods, a leading provider of private label and branded beans, hominy, peppers, sauces, corn products and seasoning products.
