Jen joined Encore Consumer Capital in 2022. She is responsible for due diligence, deal execution, sourcing and portfolio management. She helps manage investments in General Produce, Lion, Love Wellness, LYS, and Navitas. Previously, she helped managed investments in Ancient Harvest and Supergoop!.
Prior to joining Encore, Jen was a Strategic Finance Manager at Sonder, where she helped execute Sonder’s SPAC transaction and supported strategic growth initiatives. She began her career as an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs, where she advised companies in the consumer and retail sectors on M&A and financing transactions. Jen graduated summa cum laude from the University of South Carolina’s Honors College where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Jen lives in San Francisco and in her spare time, she enjoys skiing, hiking, and exploring the Bay Area food, wine, and cocktail scene.
