Katrina joined Encore Consumer Capital in 2026. She is responsible for due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio management. Katrina helps manage Encore’s investments in DeIorio’s, Lion Beverages, Tender Belly, and Twang Partners.
Prior to joining Encore, Katrina was an Associate at American Securities, an upper middle market private equity firm focused on the industrials sector. She began her career as an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs, where she advised companies in the industrials sector on M&A and financing transactions. Katrina received a B.A. in Economics from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Katrina lives in San Francisco and in her spare time, she enjoys skiing, traveling, and exploring the Bay Area with her mini Aussie, Goose.
