Melissa joined Encore Consumer Capital in 2023. She is responsible for the administrative office operations including human resources, office management, marketing, events, and account coordination.
Prior to joining Encore, Melissa was the Operations and Project Manager at VY Capital Advisors similarly running office operations. Previously, she had various administrative roles at Endeavour Capital, Pantheon Ventures, and Bull Stockwell Allen architecture. She started her administrative career after receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from DePauw University, a small liberal arts college in Greencastle, Indiana.
Melissa lives in San Francisco, California with her dog, Coop. In her free time, she enjoys going on urban hikes around the city (and up the steep hills) and seeking out good vegan food around the Bay Area.
